“We have signed a leasing agreement for two buses, each of which can accommodate 31 passengers. They will soon be ready for operation. A new kindergarten for 100 places is also planned. Currently, 40-50 children are waiting in line at five kindergartens in the city. Therefore, the establishment of a new institution is a necessary step,” added N. Tajibaev.
In addition, public hearings were held in Gülchö, where the local budget project for 2026 was discussed.
The meeting was attended by Mayor Nursultan Tajibaev, the chairman of the city council, and deputies.
Important issues concerning the condition of roads, access to clean water, bus routes, and electricity supply were discussed at the meeting. Residents noted that many electric poles, installed during the Soviet era, pose a threat as they are made of wood. Additionally, this leads to a low level of electricity supply in some areas.
“All the problems raised will be recorded. Issues that fall within the competence of the city administration will be addressed at the local level, while those that go beyond its scope will be forwarded to the relevant authorities,” the statement clarified.
