Previously, this project was returned for reconsideration at the second reading stage.
The main goal of the draft law is to regulate the work of the Council for the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities under the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as to strengthen its role in protecting the rights of people with disabilities.
It is proposed to make changes that will allow the Council to participate in legislative activities, especially in the development of regulatory legal acts concerning the rights of persons with disabilities.
During the committee meeting, it was decided to change the title of the draft law from "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts Regarding the Council for the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities" to the new title "On Amendments to the Law on Regulatory Legal Acts."
