On January 26, a visit by State Secretary Arslan Koichiev took place at the National Academy of Arts named after Academician T. Sadykov. The press service of the President's Administration disseminated information about this event.

During his visit, the state secretary addressed issues concerning the state of the academy, the educational process, and the directions for the future development of visual arts in the country.

Koichiev emphasized the significance of the academy and the role of visual arts in the cultural life of society. He noted the necessity of popularizing art and enhancing its educational function.

Particular attention was given to existing problems within the academy, including the pressing issue of the major renovation of the student dormitory.

“At the moment, the dormitory does not meet international standards, which creates difficulties for foreign students and hinders the implementation of exchange programs,” the press service's message stated.

Proposals from several foreign countries regarding the organization of student exchanges were also voiced, highlighting the need to improve living conditions.

The state secretary assured that all raised issues are under the control of the state, and the necessary support will be provided.
