In the Call center Kaktus.media, complaints have been received from subscribers of "Bishkekgaz," who expressed dissatisfaction regarding significant queues in the department responsible for replacing gas meters.

It has become known that the commission responsible for checking the meters holds its meetings only once a week, on Tuesdays, and only from 1:00 PM. "People come to the commission with problems related to gas meters—some are facing battery discharge issues, others have malfunctioning meters, and so on. People start lining up from 8 AM, and by 2-3 PM, the number of those waiting can reach one hundred, with each person taking about 10 minutes. Some wait for their turn for weeks," the subscribers reported.

Instead of keeping several security guards, they should hire a few more metrologists.

Moreover, today, January 27, the situation worsened due to the absence of the chief engineer, who either did not come or was in a meeting, complicating the commission's activities, for which his presence is extremely necessary.


According to Kaktus.media, the Bishkekgaz branch indeed holds a commission meeting for checking gas meters on Tuesdays starting at 1:00 PM. "During the heating season, there is an increase in the number of complaints from subscribers, which sometimes leads to conflict situations. Nevertheless, the commission serves all subscribers without exception throughout the day. Currently, the situation has normalized, and all who came will be served," the company assured.
