
Recently, a ceremony was held to transfer specialized medical equipment, organized as part of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic and the branch of the international organization Good Neighbors International. The equipment was provided for the Belovodsk Children's Social Stationary Institution and the Sokuluk Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities, reports the ministry's press service.
The event was attended by Ainura Orozbaeva, Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Cho Sunheng, Director of Good Neighbors International in Kyrgyzstan.
Among the equipment transferred were a medical examination couch, a portable irradiator, instrument tables, electric wheelchairs, medicine cabinets, a stationary bike, a massage chair, a verticalizer for children with cerebral palsy, a dental autoclave, orthopedic chairs for children with various forms of cerebral palsy, as well as an acupuncture needle remover and much more.
Cho Sunheng, Director of Good Neighbors International, noted at the ceremony that the organization will continue its support for projects aimed at protecting the rights of people with disabilities and developing an inclusive society.
