During his visit to "Kelechek," the minister familiarized himself with the center's operations, the number of clients served, and the staff composition. The director of the institution reported that at the time of the inspection, 45 people were receiving services from the center, including 33 children, as well as 28 accompanying individuals in the inpatient facility and 12 children attending the center on a day basis.









Following the visit, Minister Sagynbaev instructed the center's administration to intensify efforts to inform the public about the free services provided by the institution and to pay special attention to an individual approach for each child to ensure quality rehabilitation assistance.

After this, Kanat Sagynbaev continued his inspection at crisis centers for the protection of women and children, accompanied by Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva.

The minister visited the municipal crisis center "Ayalzat," which provides social and psychological support to victims of domestic and gender-based violence. According to the center's management, assistance was provided to 96 women and 185 children in 2024-2025. The center offers temporary shelter, psychological support, social assistance, legal consultations, and refers victims to specialized services, ensuring the safety and protection of the rights of women and children.


The minister also visited the "Single Window" center, which provides comprehensive assistance to victims of sexual violence and human trafficking, including psychological, medical, social, and legal support in a safe and confidential environment.


Kanat Sagynbaev emphasized that supporting and developing the network of crisis centers is a key aspect of state policy for the protection of the rights of women and children and the prevention of violence.
