According to the changes, a new position has now been added in Section II of the register under the category "ministries, state committees" — "authorized representative of the minister for special assignments." This position pertains to administrative state positions within the central offices of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Economy.
Furthermore, the decree clarifies that the implementation of this position will be carried out within the established staffing levels and budgets of these ministries.
The new changes will come into effect 10 days after publication.
