The discussion focused on the sale of products in accordance with established menus, which specify the cost of each item and the weight of the portion. The pricing of dishes is determined by entrepreneurs at their own discretion.

According to the antimonopoly service, in January 2026, there is an increase in prices for public catering services, with some establishments experiencing a rise of more than 15%.
Representatives of the restaurants confirmed that since the beginning of 2026, the service charge is not listed as a separate line in the bill. The increase in dish prices is associated with rising costs due to several key factors:
- increased rent;
- rising utility tariffs and prices for fuel and lubricants;
- increased prices for food products for cooking dishes;
- increased operational costs, including the purchase of inventory (dishes, napkins, sanitary and hygiene supplies, etc.);
- increased wages for employees and tax burdens.
Meeting participants agreed on the need to optimize prices for services and introduce a 10% discount on orders for takeaway dishes.

The Association of Hoteliers and Restaurateurs HoReCa Club plans to prepare analytical information for the Antimonopoly Regulation Service in the near future, which will help jointly develop mechanisms for stabilizing prices.
