
A business forum "B5+1" is taking place in Bishkek, where representatives of the political and business elite of the USA and Central Asia have gathered.
As part of this forum, Sergio Gor, the U.S. Special Envoy for South and Central Asia, arrived in Kyrgyzstan. He held a meeting with the country's president, Sadyr Japarov, and gave a press conference for local media.
Gor emphasized: "I bring a clear and direct message from President Donald Trump. The United States is eager to cooperate with Central Asia and considers this region a priority. We plan to systematically develop our cooperation over the next three years."
According to experts, Sergio Gor is considered one of the closest associates of U.S. President Donald Trump. As reported by the Times of Malta, he was born in Tashkent, which was previously part of the USSR.
