According to the ministry, this system is designed for the rapid receipt of suggestions and complaints from citizens, including the ability to submit requests via QR codes that are installed in the offices of territorial departments. However, in several regions, citizens' requests remain unanswered.
Sagynbaev emphasized that every request must be addressed. He instructed the heads of regional divisions to ensure the effective functioning of the system, respond quickly to inquiries, and prepare a detailed analytical report for the first quarter.
The ministry hopes that the handling of requests will become more active and that the quality of interaction with citizens will significantly improve.
