Additionally, she proposed the creation of modern laboratories in the regions that would conduct soil analyses and provide farmers with recommendations on the most profitable crops for their areas.
In response, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Processing Bakyt Torobaev noted that farmers do not throw away their products but simply sort them right on the road.
However, Medina Kairylbekova disagreed with this statement.
“I am a farmer myself and I know that if bell peppers do not pass customs within two to three days, they become unsuitable for sale. There are two major checkpoints in the Talas region, and we need a large logistics center with refrigeration units,” she emphasized.
