He noted that some deputies received their posts without proper justification.
“Some of them, holding the chairs of committee chairs, group leaders, or even vice-speakers, have never worked in public service. I cannot recall anything beneficial they have done for our country, yet they occupy these positions. Why is this happening? The answer lies in the existing unwritten laws,” Kokulov emphasized.
According to him, the parliament now has a chance to reconsider its decisions and openly explain why certain deputies hold high positions.
Erulan Kokulov urged his colleagues to abandon unwritten rules and strive for fairness in the distribution of positions.
