Additionally, the deputy criticized the blocking of TikTok, carried out by the SCNS without judicial proceedings. "Why is this being done? All videos are available on YouTube," he added.
Bekeshev also expressed confusion regarding the appointment of a curator from the SCNS in the Jogorku Kenesh. "What is he needed for? We already have a presidential representative and a speaker who can address issues. Why should we feel under supervision?" the deputy questioned and suggested that the head of the SCNS hold a press conference.
In response, Bolot Ibragimov expressed hope that Shabdanbekov would be able to restore trust in the SCNS, noting that citizens should feel protected, not afraid of the agency's employees.
Speaker Marlen Mamataliyev added that written responses would be provided to the questions asked, as they were posed within the framework of the procedure.
