Cyber Alliance for Regional Resilience Established by Moldova, Romania, and Ukraine

Moldova, Romania, and Ukraine have announced the creation of a cyber alliance aimed at strengthening regional resilience. This was reported by Moldova's Foreign Minister Mihai Popșoi, who noted the signed trilateral memorandum.

According to him, the main tasks of the alliance include the exchange of information, experiences, and best practices, the development of joint capabilities, the application of modern technologies, as well as mutual assistance in protecting democratic values and critical infrastructure. Attention is also focused on creating mechanisms for coordinated responses to cyber incidents.

The Director of Romania's National Cyber Security Directorate, Dan Cîmpean, emphasized that cooperation with Ukraine and Moldova in the field of cyber security is a priority. He expressed confidence that this alliance will serve as a model for other countries in the region and Europe as a whole.
