Japarov noted that cultural cooperation serves as an important foundation for deepening dialogue and mutual understanding between peoples. He also recalled the past Days of Russian Culture in Kyrgyzstan in 2025 and expressed hope that the opening of the Kyrgyz House of Science and Culture in Moscow, scheduled for the near future, would be an additional step towards strengthening cultural ties.
Shvydkoy, in turn, reminded that the year 2028 will be significant for both countries, as it marks the centenary of Chinghiz Aitmatov and the 200th anniversary of Leo Tolstoy's birth. He proposed to create a joint organizational committee, headed by the deputy prime ministers of both states, to celebrate these important dates.

At the end of the meeting, both sides expressed a desire to continue cooperation and confidence that joint efforts in the field of culture and experience exchange would help further develop bilateral relations.
