Recently, President Sadyr Japarov approved amendments to the Law "On Medical Insurance for Citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic." These changes require medical institutions to provide complete information about the quality and conditions of services rendered.

According to the new regulations, Kyrgyz citizens with insurance can now receive reliable information about various medical services, their quality, and cost.

Clinics are obliged to keep records of the medical assistance provided to insured citizens.

The law also mandates that information about state guarantees, operating hours, and the availability of services be displayed prominently in medical institutions.

Strict requirements for data transparency have been established: medical insurance organizations must inform citizens about the cost of services corresponding to the state guarantee program. This is intended to reduce the risk of unjustified expenses and increase public awareness of their rights within the mandatory health insurance system.

The Cabinet of Ministers has been tasked with adapting its regulations to the new requirements within three months.
