At a republican meeting, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, stated the country's readiness to welcome both domestic and foreign investors. As part of these efforts, a moratorium on arbitrary business inspections has been introduced, administrative processes have been simplified, and work is underway to improve legislation.
In his address to representatives of law enforcement and security agencies, the president emphasized the importance of protecting honest entrepreneurs. He noted that it is unacceptable to exert pressure on businesses, adding that companies that operate honestly and contribute to the country's economic development should receive proper protection. Japarov also pointed out that fear and uncertainty for entrepreneurs negatively affect economic growth.
Additionally, the president demanded an end to unjustified inspections of local leaders and businessmen, stating that excessive reporting and baseless summonses hinder effective operations.
He also stressed the need to ensure transparency and integrity from local government bodies, emphasizing that corruption and abuses are unacceptable.
