In his speech, Zhapаров emphasized the importance of every citizen recognizing Kyrgyzstan's aspirations to become a powerful, competitive, and socially stable state in the coming years.
The President outlined specific goals for 2030: increasing GDP per capita to 4500 US dollars and the total economy to 30 billion dollars. Additionally, the republic aims to be among the top 30 countries leading in sustainable development and to improve its position in the Human Development Index by 10 points.
These goals will serve as key indicators for assessing the effectiveness of government agencies in the long term. Kyrgyzstan is also focused on significantly improving its standings in international rankings related to human potential.
