At today's meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Ismanali Joroev proposed the initiative to transform the Karagachevaya Grove into a "little Venice." The deputy emphasized that this place, founded in 1981 on the banks of the Alamedin River, has immense potential.

In his opinion, the grove covers an area of 136 hectares, but only 40 hectares have actually been developed, while the rest of the territory has fallen into disrepair. "This is a unique natural area with a variety of rare plants and trees, but many lakes are in abandoned condition, and the irrigation system is not functioning. There are spontaneous dumps. I am convinced that comprehensive development of this green zone is necessary," Joroev noted.

As part of his initiative, he proposed several steps for the restoration of the grove. The deputy emphasized the need to create a municipal program aimed at developing the Karagachevaya Grove, as well as to conduct an inventory of existing trees and plant new saplings. The reconstruction of irrigation systems and the active use of lakes are also part of his plans.

"We must make this area a true little Venice, with an eco-park, bike paths, surveillance and lighting systems. In addition, based on public-private partnerships, mini-boat stations can be organized. This will help preserve the unique nature of the grove and attract tourists. Our task is to preserve this heritage," the MP added.
