Then, Kasymaliyev visited the anti-plague department of the Center for Control and Prevention of Particularly Dangerous and Quarantine Infections. This institution was founded in 1894, and it turned out that its laboratory base does not meet modern biological safety standards. The head of the cabinet instructed the relevant authorities to consider the construction of a new building and the upgrading of equipment.

At the end of his visit, the head of the cabinet inspected the Issyk-Kul Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination, located in a building constructed in 1897 and currently in emergency condition. This bureau has three subdivisions. Kasymaliyev instructed the relevant state authorities to address the issues of modernizing the institution's infrastructure, including the construction of a new building and the procurement of necessary equipment.
