New rules regarding the "Bala Irysy" benefit have come into effect in Kyrgyzstan. As reported by Adel Zhomartova, the chief specialist of the Ministry of Labor, recipients of state support will no longer be allowed to combine this benefit with other existing payments.
She clarified that families already receiving financial assistance under the "Üy-bülögö kömök" program or payments for residents of mountainous areas will not be able to simultaneously apply for "Bala Irysy." Thus, recipients will have to choose one type of state assistance, allowing them to decide which option will be most suitable. However, it is not possible to receive multiple benefits for one child at the same time.
Additionally, the ministry plans to implement the option of submitting applications through the mobile app "Tündük." Specialists recommend that parents check the availability of necessary documents in advance. All children's birth certificates must be digitized and entered into the electronic database by July 1; otherwise, it will become impossible to apply for the benefit online.
