The 'Bala Yrysy' allowance will not be received by children whose mothers are in migration

The 'Bala Yrysy' allowance will amount to 1200 soms and will be available to citizens of Kyrgyzstan, as well as to children whose parents have the status of a qayrylman. Adeel Zhomartova, the chief specialist of the state benefits department of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, spoke about this on the air of the program "Elden Sobol" on the Kabar agency.

As Zhomartova notes, the receipt of the allowance does not depend on the socio-economic status of the family. However, for residents of high-altitude areas, payments will be adjusted taking into account the regional coefficient.

It is important that the child lives with the mother and that the parents are not in migration, as this is a condition for receiving the allowance.

To apply for the allowance, the following documents are required:

mother's passport and child's birth certificate; the necessity of having a PIN.

Applications for the allowance should be submitted to the district offices of the Ministry of Labor.

We remind you that in early March, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, signed a decree to implement a new monthly allowance "Bala Yrysy" for all children under three years old.
