This information was in response to a question from Deputy Dastan Jumabekov, who raised the issue of Kyrgyz citizens working in Russia and their numerous difficulties.
Dastan Jumabekov noted that goods from Kyrgyz producers are often delayed at the border, and representatives of the light industry face a number of challenges. He emphasized the need for parliamentary involvement in addressing these issues at a high level and proposed organizing a visit to Russia to discuss pressing matters and assist citizens working in the Russian Federation.
The Speaker of Parliament confirmed that the Jogorku Kenesh received an invitation from Valentina Matviyenko, Chairwoman of the Federation Council, as well as Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma.
“Important issues will be discussed during the upcoming visit,” added Turgunbek uulu.
