According to information provided by the Uzgen District Department of Enforcement Officers, the enforcement proceedings against K. Sh. G., a resident of the Ayil Okmotu Iiri-Suu, have been completed. He is obligated to pay alimony to K. K. I. for the support of his minor children, which amounts to one third of his income.
Previously, the alimony obligations were not fulfilled for a long time, leading to a debt accumulation exceeding half a million. All debts were successfully collected and handed over to the recipient in cash.
The supervisory authority emphasized that this case illustrates the effectiveness of the Enforcement Service in ensuring the fulfillment of alimony obligations and protecting children's rights.
