“You won’t encounter this in Europe or Arab countries,” Japarov emphasized.
According to him, there, drivers do not honk unnecessarily, and if they see someone in a hurry, they simply let them pass. Meanwhile, in Bishkek, five to six fights related to road conflicts occur daily. “These problems are mainly characteristic of adults, not just youth,” he added, condemning such behavior.
