According to the information provided, on the night of February 6 of this year, around 00:30, a report was received about a fight between a group of teenagers who were throwing stones at each other.
An investigative and operational group from the Manas Internal Affairs Department promptly arrived at the scene and collected the necessary video evidence.
Based on the collected materials, the investigative service registered this incident in the Unified Register of Crimes under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, related to "Hooliganism," and a criminal case was initiated.
During the operational-search activities, the officers of the Internal Affairs Department were able to identify the participants in the fight and brought them in for questioning. One of the detained teenagers is currently receiving treatment in the hospital.
The leadership of the Internal Affairs Department of the Jalal-Abad region has taken this case under control, and investigative actions are ongoing.
