According to information provided by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) of the Kyrgyz Republic, a case of illegal transfer of land from the former machine yard, which previously belonged to the Ministry of Agriculture in the village of Tamchy, was identified.
As clarified by the agency, from 2000 to 2004, this plot was transferred to third parties by the Republican Center for Land and Agrarian Reform under the Ministry of Agriculture without a proper competition, which violates the rules established in the Regulation on the Privatization of State Agricultural Enterprises of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the inspections, a land plot of 1.5 hectares, on which buildings are located, has been returned to the state balance.
