Experts from the agency established that from 2000 to 2004, this real estate was transferred to the ownership of third parties without the mandatory competitive selection, which contradicts the laws on "Denationalization and privatization of state (communal) agricultural enterprises of the Kyrgyz Republic".

During the inspection, it was found that both the land plot and the buildings located on it were removed from state ownership in violation of the privatization procedure. As a result of the investigation, a plot of land measuring 1.5 hectares along with all buildings was returned to state ownership.
The State Committee for National Security also emphasized that work to identify and prevent illegal privatization schemes continues, and similar inspections are being carried out regarding other objects of state organizations.
