However, the defendant filed a complaint with the Supreme Court requesting to overturn the probation decision and uphold only the ruling of the Lenin District Court.
“The hearings in the Supreme Court have already been postponed twice, and our lawyer was not notified about this. We are losing faith in the judicial system and suspect that it may be biased. Therefore, I appeal to you, esteemed Chairman. Our president has carried out reforms in the judicial system and appointed you to this position. I ask you to consider my case with honesty and fairness. Currently, I am working in Europe, having left my children and parents behind. I fell into a debt trap to acquire these cars. Now, to pay off my debts, I have to work abroad,” Ulanbek concludes his story.
