The incident took place on February 9 at around 10:30 PM in the Tynchtyk residential area, where the victim became a target of an attack by an unknown individual. The attacker not only beat him but also damaged the side mirrors of a Honda Odyssey vehicle.
Based on this incident, a case was initiated under Article 280 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
Law enforcement authorities detained a 17-year-old young man known by the initials T.Sh., who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation into the circumstances of this incident is currently ongoing.
