According to the police, a local resident, K.B., filed a complaint with the authorities, stating that 35-year-old D.K., having gained his trust, deceitfully took possession of a "Hyundai Grandeur" car valued at 21 thousand dollars.
Furthermore, the Department of Internal Affairs reports that this suspect already has a history of committing similar crimes: on October 8, 2024, he allegedly profited 500 thousand soms through a bank by deceiving a victim under the pretext of selling a "Kia K5" car.
Thanks to the prompt actions of the Batken District Department of Internal Affairs, D.K. was detained on February 11 as part of a special operation called "Search" and placed in a temporary detention facility.
He has been charged under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code. As a preventive measure, detention has been chosen.
