According to the provided information, on February 13, a citizen N.I. approached the police department of the Chui district. He reported that on the same day around 16:00, he was forcibly taken from his home by a citizen T.D. and his acquaintances, after which he was taken to the village of Ak-Beshim, where physical violence was used against him.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 165 "Kidnapping" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, law enforcement officers were able to identify and detain three suspects, born in 2007. The boys have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation established that there were hostile relations between the participants in the incident, related to debt obligations.
Currently, necessary judicial and legal examinations are being conducted, as well as investigative activities to clarify all the circumstances of this incident. The investigation is ongoing.
