
Two cases of patient deaths have also been recorded at the "Bishkek-Mayak" center. According to the State National Security Committee (GKNB), cruel and unorthodox methods of "treatment" were used in these institutions. Patients were subjected to physical violence, electric shock devices were used, and they were tied to chairs and beds, placed in isolated rooms, causing them both physical and serious psychological harm.
During the inspections, potent psychotropic substances, the circulation of which is restricted, were seized and used against the patients.
As part of the investigative actions, the following individuals have been detained: E.u.Ch., K.K.B., R.F.S., Zh.A.Z., K.E., R.V.G., and M.A.A. Currently, the GKNB continues to conduct operational-search activities to clarify all circumstances related to the patients' deaths. A legal assessment of the events will be provided based on the investigation's results.
