This incident was recorded in the Incident Log of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District of Bishkek, which served as the basis for initiating a preliminary investigation. As a result of operational measures, the suspect was identified and taken to the district department.
According to Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was placed in a special reception facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek by the decision of the October District Court.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs added that the conflict arose when the man captured on video parked his car in a way that blocked another vehicle. As a result, a verbal altercation occurred between the drivers, and the owner of the blocked car contacted the police.
