The incident occurred on February 13, when a 20-year-old resident of the Chui District filed a complaint with the internal affairs department. According to him, around 4:00 PM, an acquaintance along with several friends forcibly loaded him into a car, after which they took him to the village of Ak-Beshim and beat him.
This case was classified under Article 165 ("Kidnapping") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational actions, police officers detained three suspects: M.B., T.D., and J.A., all of whom were born in 2007. They were placed in a temporary detention facility.
According to preliminary investigation data, there were hostile relations between the victim and the kidnappers due to debts.
