Cafes in the city of Uzgen checked: Two entrepreneurs fined

In the Osh region, in the city of Uzgen, inspections of public catering facilities were conducted to assess compliance with sanitary standards.

As reported by the Uzgen Interdistrict Center for Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance, the inspection evaluated the sanitary conditions in the cafes "Al-Baraka," "Azizulo," "Sultan Kebab," and "Muslim." The establishments received orders to eliminate the identified deficiencies within three days.

As a result of the inspection, the owners of the cafes "Al-Baraka" (H.N.) and "Sultan Kebab" (T.S.) were fined 5,000 soms each for failing to comply with the orders.

The cafe "Muslim," which had already been fined 5,000 soms in 2025, demonstrated compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements this time. Center staff conducted explanatory work with the owner.

As for the owner of the cafe "Azizulo" (U.S.), he was issued a warning, as he had already paid a fine of 5,000 soms on January 29," the Center reports.
