According to information provided by the court's press service on February 19 to the editorial office of "AKIpress Summary," the charges against D.S.D. were brought under Article 336, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning corruption.
He is currently being held in the pre-trial detention center (SIZO-1), where he will remain until April 15.
Earlier, a video appeared on social media in Kyrgyzstan featuring various individuals, including athletes, businessmen, and employees of the GKNB and the police, who were linked to the so-called "40 choro" group led by Eldar Jakypbekov, the former head of the GKNB in Bishkek. "Pito" was also mentioned in this context.
Shortly after, a video was published online, allegedly capturing the detention of "Pito," but no official comments were made regarding this matter.
Later, the press service of the GKNB confirmed that there should be no untouchables in government agencies and announced the dismissal of several employees suspected of exceeding their authority during their work.
