According to the prosecutor, the market value of this land is 7 million 763 thousand soms.
This violation was identified during an inspection of compliance with land legislation. It was established that the plot, intended for agriculture, was transferred into private ownership in 2006, which contradicts the law, and it is located in the village of 1-May in the Kenesh rural district.
Thanks to the actions of the prosecutor's office, the plot has returned to municipal ownership, with a market value of 7 million 763 thousand soms.
According to supervisory authorities, during 2025, as a result of prosecutorial measures, assets worth were returned:
- in cash equivalent — 9 million 024 thousand 789 soms;
- in kind (property) — worth 244 million 57 thousand 200 soms.
