In the Jail district, according to information from the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan, the bus depot has been returned to municipal ownership.
During an inspection conducted by the district prosecutor's office, it was found that in 2004, the social infrastructure facility—a bus depot located on Central Street in Kara-Balta—was transferred to private ownership in violation of the law.
As a result of the prosecutor's actions, this social facility, covering an area of 1.4 hectares with a market value of 105.9 million soms, has fully returned to state ownership.
