This plot of land, covering 12.8 hectares, was allocated in 1978 for the Suzak association "Plodorodie" to provide aviation services for agricultural lands. This area played a significant role in supporting the agricultural sector and food security in the region.
Investigative actions revealed that in 2003, M.Zh., the head of the Bagysh rural council, abused his authority and issued an illegal decision to transfer the plot to his relative M.S.
As a result of operational measures, the 12.8-hectare plot was returned to municipal ownership.
The GKNB continues to verify the legality of land use previously owned by agricultural chemical enterprises.
Based on the results of the conducted inspection, the agency intends to take appropriate measures in accordance with the law.
