According to information provided by the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, during the investigation, facts of illegal transfer of land plots totaling 196.83 hectares into private ownership were established, carried out by the Ayil Okmotu in Ulahol, Ak-Terek, Mambetov, and previously Ton (now Kun-Chygysh) during the period from 2007 to 2008.

These lands were removed from the state fund without any legal grounds and were used as private property for many years. Thanks to the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the plots, valued at 112 million soms, were returned to state ownership.
