He requested that the payment for the appliances be made in advance.
According to the victims, after receiving the money, the suspect stopped communicating and went into hiding. As investigators found out, he used the money for personal purposes, and the promised goods were never delivered. As a result of his actions, the total damage amounted to over 200,000 soms.
A criminal case has been initiated under the article "Fraud." The suspect was detained in Osh and placed in a temporary detention facility. Investigative actions are ongoing.
