
During the inspection and data analysis, specialists from the main department for combating smuggling identified numerous cases where companies altered the year of manufacture of vehicles and provided false documents. This led to insufficient payment of customs duties.

According to the agency, the following cases were established:
- On November 28, 2023, a DONGFENG truck was imported at the MTO "Naryn," declared as a 2019 model. However, a VIN code check confirmed that it was actually manufactured in 2016, resulting in an additional charge of 1 million 802 thousand 135 soms.
- On May 12, 2024, the company OsOO K.G.E. imported five dump trucks, indicating a 2022 model year. However, analysis showed that they were produced in 2021, leading to an additional charge of 3 million 494 thousand 811 soms.
- From August to September 2025, OsOO K.B.G. imported 13 dump trucks, declaring them as 2023 models. Expertise revealed that they were actually manufactured in 2020-2021, resulting in an additional charge of 8 million 93 thousand 379 soms.
- On December 15, 2025, at the MTO "Naryn," vehicles from IVECO were delivered to OsOO Ts.S., which were declared as 2020 models. The forensic examination service discovered altered factory chassis numbers, and the parts turned out to be from 2008-2010. As a result, 2 million 148 thousand 98 soms were recovered.

All collected materials have been forwarded to the investigative department of the GTS for further legal analysis.
As a result of the conducted activities, 15 million 538 thousand 423 soms were recovered for the budget.
