A police officer had bad luck — he ended up on the hood of the offender's car
An incident occurred in Bishkek involving a driver who improperly left his car in a no-parking zone. When the police approached him, he not only insulted the officer but also attempted to escape by driving off with him on the hood. This was reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate (GUVD).
According to information from law enforcement, on February 27, 2026, at 16:58, a case of parking in a green zone was recorded at the corner of M. Frunze and Koenkozov Streets. When the police officer began to draw up an administrative protocol, the driver was asked for his vehicle documents. In response, he started using foul language, refused to comply with the demands, and ignored the instruction to wait for the patrol called by the number "102".
In an attempt to flee the scene, the offender drove south on Koenkozov Street towards Togolok Moldо Street, despite multiple calls to stop. During this process, he even began to move while the police officer was already on the hood of his car.
A protocol was drawn up against the citizen K.N., born in 1970, and he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
