According to the published data, employees of the organization, using their official powers, in collusion with a number of related companies, developed illegal schemes for the sale and distribution of petroleum products (PP).
During the inspection, it was found that officials, aware of the strategic importance of OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz," which is fully state-owned, violated their obligations to ensure its effective operation in the interests of society and the state.
It is reported that against the backdrop of rising prices for petroleum products, instead of taking measures to stabilize the situation, they entered into preliminary collusion with unidentified officials exercising control in this area. This led to the creation of conditions that facilitated the activities of certain related companies, which extracted illegal profits by evading taxes and other mandatory payments.
In connection with these circumstances, the investigative service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan has initiated a criminal case on the grounds of corruption as provided for by criminal legislation.
Currently, necessary investigative actions are being carried out with the involvement of specialists from the State Tax Service, aimed at a thorough and objective investigation of all the circumstances of the case and bringing the guilty parties to criminal responsibility.
