According to information from the editorial office of "AKIpress Summary," law enforcement agencies soon detained one of the participants, a 19-year-old resident of one of the capital's districts.
On March 26, the Sverdlovsk District Court found him guilty of petty hooliganism (Article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic) and imposed a fine of 5,500 soms.
Other participants in the incident were also identified. The press service of the Department of Internal Affairs reported on March 28 that the drivers of the "BMW" and "Lada" were minors, and protocols were drawn up against their parents.
The vehicles were impounded.
