
In the private museum of the Magnani-Rocca Foundation, located near Parma, three priceless paintings created by famous Impressionists were stolen. Among the stolen works are "Fishes," a late work by Pierre-Auguste Renoir, as well as "Still Life with Cherries" by Paul Cézanne, executed with pencil and watercolor, and a watercolor work by Henri Matisse titled "Odalisque on the Terrace." According to police information, the robbery occurred on the night of March 23, and the investigation is ongoing a week after the event.
It is reported that the criminals, hiding their faces under hoods, broke the entrance door of the museum and managed to escape with the stolen masterpieces in just three minutes, using the garden as their getaway. The estimated value of the stolen artworks is in the millions of euros.
