According to reports, four robbers were involved in the heist. Wearing masks, they broke the entrance door and entered one of the halls on the first floor, after which they escaped with the stolen artworks through the museum's garden.

According to law enforcement, the operation took the robbers less than three minutes, and it was carefully planned. However, apparently, the triggered alarm scared the criminals, and they left the fourth painting they intended to steal in the museum.
The police are currently analyzing footage from surveillance cameras both at the museum and in neighboring buildings.
