The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported on the health of the citizens of the country
Two Kyrgyz citizens were on board the pleasure boat Korawich Marine 888, which collided with a fishing vessel in Thailand. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, their condition is stable, and they have decided not to be hospitalized.
The ministry also clarified that both citizens plan to return to their homeland on January 15.
For reference, the incident occurred on January 11, when the speedboat Korawich Marine 888 collided with the fishing trawler Pichai Samut 1 near Koh Kai Island, not far from Phuket. There were 52 tourists and 3 crew members on board the boat, who ended up in the water after the collision. As a result of the accident, one passenger died, and the vessel itself sank.
