On January 16, around noon, a call was received at the duty station from a city resident who reported her difficult situation. The deputy head of the GOM-8 of the First May District Police Department, Usön Arapbaev, made contact with her.
During the conversation, she spoke about her financial difficulties and the need for psychological support. A police officer was dispatched to the scene, who accompanied the woman to the police station, where she was able to express her problems. The staff provided her with support and advised her to consult a psychologist, to which she agreed and promised to make an appointment with a specialist.
